I am a primarily self-trained chef with a small amount of classical training. I created the Cellarhog’s Blog because over the years I found that I wasn’t satisfied with many of the Redwall-themed recipes I could find on the internet or published, so I began to create my own. I want to share the work that I do with people like me, who may be out there seeking out the same information. On the website you will find recipes based on and inspired by the Redwall book series by Brian Jacques, as well as the Elder Scrolls video game series. I may tackle more similar recipes in the future, and am open to requests which can be submitted through the contact me page. I will only post original recipes on the site, but frequently cook recipes from other sites which I feature and credit on my Instagram. A note: while my recipes will feature a variety of ingredients, because of an allergy they will never feature almonds as an ingredient.
